  The “Unscripted” Curriculum: What Your “Portfolio of Self” Looks Like Today? Today, with omnipresent machine intelligence, frictionless instant gratification, and relentlessly piling information in education, the preparation of young adults has become what might as well be called an oxymoron. Never before in human history has information been so universally accessible. And never before have individuals been more precariously prepared to understand what actually to do with it all. For decades, we got pretty good at transferring facts, formulas, and neatly tied bows to our kids. But we largely did ignore anything approximating the conscious cultivation of agency.
